These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the REIP Platform and all associated services. By registering an account or using our platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Platform Overview
REIP is a real estate investment facilitation platform that connects verified developers with investors. REIP acts as an intermediary and facilitator — it is not a financial institution, bank, or licensed investment broker. All investments are made through direct partnership agreements between investors and developers.
2. Eligibility
To use the REIP platform you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a Pakistani citizen or resident, or an overseas Pakistani with valid NICOP
- Successfully complete the KYC verification process
- Not be subject to any legal prohibition on investment activity
3. Investment Risks
All investments carry inherent risk. Real estate investments may be subject to market fluctuations, construction delays, regulatory changes, and developer performance issues. REIP does not guarantee returns or capital protection. Past performance of projects on the platform is not indicative of future results.
4. KYC and Compliance
All users are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before making any investment. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. REIP reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where KYC information is found to be false, incomplete, or associated with illegal activity.
5. Investment Process
Investment requests submitted through the platform are subject to admin review and developer confirmation. REIP does not guarantee the acceptance of any investment request. Upon confirmation, a legally binding AOP partnership agreement is executed between the investor and developer.
6. Platform Fees
REIP charges a facilitation fee as agreed with developers on a per-project basis. Investors are not charged any registration or platform fee. All applicable fees are disclosed in the investment summary before any commitment is made.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the REIP platform — including text, graphics, logos, project materials, and software — is the exclusive property of REIP or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, REIP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or any investment made through it. REIP's total liability in any matter shall not exceed the platform facilitation fee received in connection with the relevant transaction.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad.
10. Amendments
REIP reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
