Developer Requirements
To maintain investor trust, all developers on REIP must meet minimum requirements before their projects are listed:
- Registered business entity (Pvt Ltd, Partnership, or Sole Proprietorship)
- Valid NTN and company registration certificate
- Clear title deed or development rights for the project
- All relevant NOCs from local development authority
- Financial projections and cost breakdown
- Proof of at least one completed project (preferred)
- Company profile and key personnel information
- Agreement to REIP's compliance and transparency standards
